Training for Spring XV's is now on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm & Thursdays at 7:00pm. Please check the hotline for latest updates as well as check messages on the e-groups. If you are interested in playing for WRFC or in Washington, DC and looking for a run, we welcome you to attend training. Please bring rugby cleats, jersey, shorts & mouth guards to training. Gallaudet University is a natural grass field.
