Spend this Saturday Night with
the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders and help the Club!
Help WRFC raise money by selling beer at Fedex Field as the Redskins host the
New York Giants Saturday, December 30, 2006, 8pm kickoff. Cheerleaders dig Beer
Men! Of course, all are welcome to help. So bring your friends and family…the
more the merrier!
The club earns money off every case of beer that we sell while the beer seller
keeps the tips…”Last game I made $70 in tips and sold 6 cases for the club,” one
beer men said.
How do you get to the Stadium?
- Meet
Ian Foley and
Alex Dunoye at the Capitol
Lounge at 4pm for ride share to Stadium.
- Other
drivers are needed to meet at Capitol Lounge or arrange a meeting spot to
help bring people
- Parking is
free for stadium workers and we need to take as man people as we can this
final home game of the season.
- Free
Parking at the old Landover Mall. If you are on the beltway exit 17B mall
on right if you are coming from the city take Landover RD and the old mall
is on your left. Parking is towards the back (north east section), when you
pull up some guys will stop you tell them you are working for Jet Services.
Parking and shuttle are free for stadium workers.
- The Morgan
Blvd Metro is on the blue line and the walk to the stadium is under a mile.
- Landover
Metro Station is on the orange lineand you can catch a shuttle to the
stadium. Once you get to the field you could ask any worker where the
concessions entrance is.
What is the dress code?
- Make sure
you have an ID with and wear khaki or black pants, they give you an orange
polo and hat to wear. Running shoes are recommended.
What do you do once you arrive at the stadium?
- When you
get off the bus follow the crowd from the bus, show your ID, then walk up to
the Jet Services table
- We are
under Washington Rugby (WRFC) name. Then go to the room Bill says, probably
like section 435 or thereabouts. We have sections 437-447. You can take
the steps all the way up or you can take the elevator to the 6th
Floor. When you get to the room, ask them about the rules and they'll give
you the info.
What are some of the best ways to sell beer?
- You can
sell on the concourse area but not during the game
- Right
before half get 2 cases of beer and find a great spot on the concourse and
just stand there, yell if you like
- A great
spot is near the exits to the restrooms / next to the atm machine / entrance
to seating…high traffic area where people come to you.
- Carrying
beer to the very top of the stands is rough but that is where people need
beer
- Use the
extra hour of selling before the game starts and you make that much more
money, especially on a Saturday Night.
How long does it take?

You stop selling beer end of the third / start of
the 4th so you can watch the game for free leave. Ask the guy in charge of
the room they'll supply you with water while you are selling and usually
food when you are done.
