MUSCULOSKELETAL SCREENING ASSESSMENTS

 

23% of rugby club players are unavailable for team selection as a consequence of training and match injuries.

 

Recurrent injuries account for at least 18% of player injuries.

 

34% of all training injuries are sustained during the pre-season.

 

Injury prevention screening assessments can help reduce musculoskeletal imbalances, prevent injuries, and enhance performance.

An injury prevention screening assessment will provide you with a clear understanding of your musculoskeletal strengths, imbalances, and weaknesses as well as practical recommendations to help you to prepare for the 2007 season.

 

All assessments are conducted by a physical therapist with athletic training qualifications.

 

There is no fee for a personalized injury prevention screening assessment.
